Our GE Smoke and Heat Detector is very sophisticated. Not only can it smell smoke, it can detect heat in the walls before smoke is in the house. This can be the difference between saving everything and losing everything.

Imagine pets trapped inside your home, unable to escape during a fire. Or toxic fumes going through your air conditioning, leaving your entire family unconscious and unable to escape.

Our system will call the monitoring station with a Fire Distress call. This feature will work in the arm and disarm mode. So your house is protected even if you forget to set the alarm. The monitoring station will dispatch the fire department with a high priority and you, your family, your pets can get the help you need.

The fire department will arrive in a short time to begin combating your emergency.

Having to rely on neighbors would put rescue efforts several minutes behind. It takes 28 minutes for windows to implode that would allow smoke to escape the home. This would be the first time a neighbor could possibly see the smoke and make a call to the fire department.

In a fire emergency, seconds can be crucial. Relying on neighbors or the casual passerby for your security is not advisable.
